Who We Are

Our investment firm was founded in 2003 in response to expanded securities regulation regarding the availability of alternative investments opportunities to established qualified investors.

Generally, alternative investments are not traded on organized stock exchanges or capital markets thus they avoid the extreme fluctuations in value which many long term investors have experienced.

Previously this asset class was only available to sophisticated investors and large institutional investors known as "accredited investors" with investible assets in excess of $1 million dollars. Due to the volatility of stock markets, investor groups such as these do not allocate all of their assets to the stock market, rather they invest a portion in alternative investments to maintain stability.
