Our investment firm was founded in 2003 in response to expanded securities regulation regarding the availability of alternative investments opportunities to established qualified investors.  Today, Hatch Alternative Investments Inc is an Exempt Market Dealer registered with the Manitoba and British Columbia Securities Commissions.

 

Generally, alternative investments are not traded on organized stock exchanges such as the TSX, NYSE or AMEX thus they avoid the extreme fluctuations in value which most long term investors in the stock market have experienced.

 

Thanks to regulatory changes, this asset class has become attractive to established qualified investors seeking to reduce overall investment volatility while pursuing stable consistent returns.
